According to the same volume (Cantus Selecti), the author of this version of the song is Dom Joseph Pothier himself[1].

Orémus pro Pontífice nostro Leone.
Dóminus consérvet eum,
et vivíficet eum,
et beátum fáciat eum in terra,
et non tradat eum in ánimam inimicórum éius.

Let us pray for Leo, the Pope.
May the Lord preserve him,
give him a long life,
make him blessed upon the earth,
and may the Lord not hand him over to the power of his enemies.
